Question 1

What exactly is a body rub at your NYC spa?

Accepted Answer

A body rub at Bodyrubz NYC is a professional, therapeutic relaxation service that focuses on gentle, soothing touch and long, flowing strokes across the body to release stress, reduce muscle tension, and promote deep tranquility. It is a non-medical, wellness-focused treatment performed by certified female therapists in a luxurious and private spa setting in Midtown Manhattan. Our body rubs use premium oils and are designed to provide complete relaxation rather than medical therapy.

Question 2

Is Bodyrubz a professional and legitimate spa in New York?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Bodyrubz is a premier, legitimate luxury wellness spa located in New York City. We operate with the highest standards of professionalism, privacy, and client care. Our therapists are certified professionals, and our facility is designed to provide a safe, clean, and serene environment for all our guests seeking relaxation. We maintain full licensing and comply with all NYC health and safety regulations.

Question 3

How is a body rub different from a traditional massage?

Accepted Answer

While both promote relaxation, a body rub typically emphasizes overall sensory calming and stress reduction with a lighter, more soothing touch using premium oils. Traditional massage, like deep tissue or Swedish, often focuses on specific muscular or medical issues with more intense, targeted pressure. Our NYC body rub services are designed for ultimate comfort, mental escape, and full-body relaxation rather than therapeutic muscle work.

Question 4

Do you offer couples body rub treatments in your NYC location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer an exclusive couples body rub experience in our private spa suite in NYC. This is a popular choice for partners looking to share a moment of tranquility and reconnect. Our couples sessions are performed by two skilled therapists simultaneously in our luxurious couples room. You can book this service directly through our website or through RubPage.

Question 5

What should I expect during my first body rub appointment?

Accepted Answer

For your first body rub in our New York spa, expect a calming and discreet experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted professionally and shown to a private, beautifully appointed treatment room. Your therapist will briefly consult with you to understand your relaxation goals and any areas of tension. You'll have complete privacy to disrobe to your comfort level before the session begins. The focus is entirely on your comfort, serenity, and providing a stress-free environment.

Question 6

How long do your body rub sessions last and what are the prices?

Accepted Answer

Our body rub sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the service you choose. Our Classic Body Rub is 60 minutes starting at $200, Premium services like Hot Stone Body Rub are 90 minutes at $300, and our VIP Gentleman's Experience is a full 120 minutes at $500. We also offer shorter 45-minute express sessions and longer extended sessions upon request. All prices include premium oils, private facilities, and professional service.

Question 7

What should I do to prepare for my body rub session?

Accepted Answer

To get the most out of your body rub experience, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in and relax. Take a light shower before coming (though we have shower facilities available). Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before your session, and stay hydrated. Remove jewelry and contact lenses if applicable. Most importantly, come with an open mind ready to disconnect from daily stress and enjoy the relaxation experience.

Question 8

Is my privacy and discretion guaranteed at your Manhattan spa?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Privacy and discretion are our top priorities. Our Manhattan facility features a private, professional entrance separate from other businesses. All client information is kept strictly confidential. Our therapists are trained professionals who respect boundaries and maintain complete discretion. We never share client information, and our booking process is designed to protect your privacy. Your comfort and confidentiality are guaranteed from the moment you contact us.

Question 9

What types of oils and products do you use during body rub sessions?

Accepted Answer

We exclusively use premium, high-quality massage oils including organic coconut oil, jojoba oil, and custom aromatherapy blends with essential oils like lavender, eucalyptus, and bergamot. All our oils are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), and chosen specifically for their moisturizing and relaxation properties. We can accommodate special requests for unscented oils or specific aromatherapy preferences. All products are fresh and applied at the perfect temperature for maximum comfort.

Question 10

Can I request a specific therapist or book recurring appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have a preference for a particular therapist after your first visit, we're happy to accommodate requests for future appointments, subject to availability. We also offer membership packages and recurring appointment scheduling for regular clients. Many of our gentlemen prefer to see the same therapist to build comfort and ensure consistency in their relaxation experience. When booking, simply mention your therapist preference and we'll do our best to arrange it.
